We ask all the full day shift volunteers to arrive at the latest at 7am at the volunteer tent to receive all the instructions necessary for the day. The day usually ends around 3pm depending on the start time of the last wave / arrival of the last participants.

For the afternoon shift volunteers, we ask you to arrive at 12:30pm at the latest at the volunteer tent. Afternoon shift is a shift to help the MUDGIRL Staff for the end of the day and to clean and dismantle the event when the race is done. Afternoon shift volunteers are can not run the volunteer run but they will still receive a free coupon code for a future MUDGIRL RUN! ?
