What does MUDGIRL consist of ? What is the minimum age to participate ?

MUDGIRL is an all-inclusive, 5km race, consisting of 17+ obstacles to overcome .

Whether you are by yourself or with a team, the #PinkArmy ensures you will be in great company. Your experience is all about mutual support and making lasting memories together.

There is no time limit and no obligation to complete all of the obstacles. You are here for the sole purpose of having a great experience, regardless of your athletic ability.

We ask that all young ladies are a minimum age of 7 years old by race day to participate in MUDGIRL. Participants between the ages of 7 and 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the race. Our system will not allow those below the age limit to register .
